Split PDF by Bookmarks?

I have this PDF that has my notes.
Each page has multiple headings which fortunately are accessible in TOC/Contents of the PDF in Preview.
I tried using Adobe Acrobat to split pdf by Bookmarks, all it did was create a document with the page of the PDF containing that bookmark.

Then I tried splitting using HTML, even though that split the PDF perfectly, each html file contained info of only 1 bookmark heading and content, the PDF to HTML formatting was not the best.

Is there a way I could achieve splitting of PDF such that file is split like this:

Bookmark 1
- Content
- content

Bookmark 2
 - Other Content
- Some other content

where a file is created called Bookmark 1.pdf containing everything in b/w:
Start of "Bookmark 1" to Start of "Bookmark 2" like this:

Bookmark 1
- Content
- content

Here's the sample document

Thanks in anticipation.

Hey @ccstone, Would be pretty awesome if you could work your magic on this one just like you did an freakingly mind-blowing job with Extract PDF page numbers of specific Text? - Kind of indexing

Thanks in anticipation.

Hey @forums2012,

I doubt if I'll have time to mess with this, but it looks doable using the tools provided in the Extract PDF page numbers of specific Text? macro.

Oh Ok, will try it out, will that be able to also extract images?
Also it seemed like that macro extracted just the text on each line, how will I know that it's a heading?

Thanks again for the suggestion.
