Spot a URL or other kind of string into another string

Good night everyone.

Say I have a string like that:

test #one #two #three http://blog.solignani.it

I would like to spot every hashtag and URL substring parts and assign them to a variable.

F.i.:

• varHash #one #two #three
• varUrl http://blog.solignani.it

What would be the best way to do that in KM?
