I use the Toggle Applications Palette which KM provides. It may be a function of my OS, Tahoe or part of the applications. I must press Options before opening the application I want to open. Otherwise, all other applications will be hidden. Recently, on a Zoom call, I wanted to show multiple windows, but I was unable to show an application in the palette. I want to make sure this is not a function of KM before I get involved with an almost certain futile attempt to get support from Zoom.
