I am unable to paste seconds (for example 1260) in to VLC via Command J! Only by Insert text by typing.

So "seconds" is a variable.

How to come about this?

Now as far as I understand there are no other way to "Insert text by typing" from a variable?
It only seem to have a static way of working?

Ok! I need to learn more about the clipboards, styled and unstyled, remove styles etcetera.
I worked it out!

But it would be nice to know if Insert text by typing , could be done with a variable any way :slight_smile:

I still have much to learn!

insert text by typing can work fine with variables. would you mind posting a screenshot of how you've tried to insert text by typing a variable?

textbytyping
Rather than just a prefixed value like "test"
