Weird behavior in Switch action [SOLVED]

I'm going crazy over here...
I have this file Background Video.png and when I use a Switch action to move it, even though it does move it, I get a failure notification saying

Move file /Users/dannywyatt/My Files/Music Projects/_All Projects/Image/Promo Content - Release/Danny Wyatt - Coffee/Background Video failed with “Background Video” couldn’t be moved to “Background Video”

If I rename it BackgroundVideo.png then it works without notification.
I update the Switch rule, of course.

I just tried to strip everything down to the simplest macro and it works, so it doesn't seem to be the space itself:

Ok, now I'm really confused...
I change it to this:

And when I run it I get all these windows:

Ok I figured it out!
The folder Background Video is inside the same folder as my Background Video.png file, and since I have 3 main folders to scan, each with folders and files with those names, it was showing me all these windows.
So basically it was trying to move the folder Background Video to itself.
