Why are some of my Keyboard Maestro macros (or portions) blue?

This seems like something I should know, but I don't… in the above screenshot, why is there a section in blue with stripes?

I checked the "Set Color" feature and it is not set to anything there, so it seems like Keyboard Maestro is trying to tell me something with this coloration, but I don't know what.
