Why does a color window come up in an action?

I have never seen this before and today I went in to activate the window switching macro and there is something called "color" in the action It appears as a little colored box. I tried removing the color but it did not change. When I use the macro this colored window appears first. Do I have to have that appear? I can't find any way to change it.
