A Simple Keystroke Action in Craft Failing

I have VERY simple keystroke action that is failing when I try to use it within the Craft app for Mac.

The action that is failing is a keystroke action with the keystroke Shift&Return combined.

It works fine within Craft when I do it manually but when I try to do it within a keystroke action, it seems to fail.

Any ideas for me? I know that the Craft app is a Catalyst app if that makes a difference.

Any help would be appreciated

Not sure why, however the only way to do this in Craft is with Insert by Pasting: Shift&Return
