Since a few days, the two action colors "Aqua" and "TEAL" have both the same color and therefore became undistinguishable. Is there somewhere a pref or a reset to set those action colors.

I'm not sure if something has caused the colours to change, but for me they look almost identical in the colour submenu (perhaps because the colour circles are so small), but once selected the action colours look quite different. I'm on Monterey 12.3.1.
Thanks Richard, but the problem was much simpler and emanated by a family member fiddling around with monitor settings. Too stupid. Sorry for not having thought about that before posting.
