"Action Failed to Set Attribute" (But Action Didn't Fail)

I've a macro that adds time and date to the comments of any finder object added to the desktop. The macro does what it was written to do, but KM puts up a error message saying it didn't?

It worked at first, without error dialog, now it works, but puts up an error that says it didn’t.
