I don't understand why inserting today's date at the cursor location in any document should be so complicated!! Truthfully, I don't understand why it's not a native part of Mac services, especially in Monterey.
OK, having vented my frustration, all I'm looking to do is have a keyboard shortcut paste the current date at the cursor in any application. The format I want is already formatted in Language & Region/Dates as Long date, e.g., January 8, 2022. Is there any chance that someone has already created this to run in Monterey using KM and would be willing to share it??
