I made a macro to open the Finder, Music and Anytune on my second monitor. Both apps sometimes open in the middle of the monitor, contrary to the “Move and Resize” specs I entered. I also made a macro to open Music and Anytune separately. Is it possible that the slight difference in x/y pos. is causing the problem? Also the windows I’m activating sometimes open on the wrong monitor.
You'll need to upload the macro(s) to get detailed help (there's instructions on the Wiki), but it's likely that KM is trying to reposition the window before the window can be moved. Test for yourself by adding a 5-second "Pause" Action before the move and see if that solves the problem -- if it does you can then try better solutions, like a "Pause Until" the front window exists:
