Here is a simple macro that simply appends the Safari URL to a fixed text file. I've designed it for adding URLs to forum posts to a Wiki Todo file, but it could be adjusted in any way to create a read-later list, or different text could be appended to a file, or the macro could ask for notes or whatever.
