At Time Trigger Not Working

I am attempting to trigger a macro to “Sleep Screen” at a specified time (everyday is selected) and it doesn’t seem to work. Should I look for some setting prohibiting my success. I’ve tested it by setting the trigger time to one or two minutes past the current time and the screen does not sleep.

Any suggestions for debugging?

For clarity, I’ve set the trigger time one or two minutes ahead of the current!

Problem solved! Location/Context set to central time zone when I’m now back in eastern time zone!!
