I'm such an extreme newbie that don't even have KBM yet. I am considering it for a specific kind of task: logging into a bank or credit card website and navigating the site to download recent transactions in a chosen format file. I'm pretty sure it can handle the post-login part. I'm not sure about logging in with 2FA that sends an SMS message containing a code to my iPhone; the code then has to be extracted from the message and entered in a form field on the web site. Can KBM retrieve the code from the MacOS Messages application? If necessary, I am able to provide snippets of software as part of the project. For now, I just need to know whether KBM can automate this.

It took me a couple of days, but I did it! I learned a lot about KBM in the process. And of course I ended my trial by buying a license.
