Based a Condition on Selected Menu Option of Specific App?

Hi All,

I'm trying to assign a toggle view mode in DEVONthink so that the same key (meta-e) will toggle between source and preview.

It seems that in DEVONthink this is done either by pressing 2 separate buttons or a menu option:

I'm trying to make a conditional macro and thought I would base it on whatever is selected in the menu.
