Here's a slight bug I've stumbled upon:
When using a USB device Key trigger set to the control key it gets returned by the %TriggerValue%
token as an Enter symbol ⌤
instead of the correct Control symbol ⌃
As labeled in the image below, the %TriggerValue%
token returns, in order from the topmost trigger:
⚀L⌤
where it should be⚀L⌃
⚀R⌤
where it should be⚀R⌃
⚀⌃1
correctly returned⌃⌤
correctly returned (included only to see the two symbols side by side)
Here's the demonstration macro, that also includes a Switch to make it automatically disable after two minutes, as it quickly gets irritating having a text window appear every time one hits the control key:
