Can I add a URL/action to follow when clicking notifications?

I'm generating notifications about files that were created in a certain folder.

I'd like to navigate to that folder when clicking on the notification. (I could imagine wanting to navigate to a URL etc. as well.)

Is this currently available? It doesn't appear to be, in which case I think it'd be a potentially powerful feature. A box could be added within the "Notification" action: "Actions to take on click" or similar (just like the "if/then" action has boxes for actions to take conditionally).

Until then, you could use an AppleScript or JXA display dialog to achieve this.
