Can I hide the KM logo in the native app switcher when the editor is closed? (Quiet Art Defaulter)

The editor does not appear to be doing much of anything.

What does the Editor.log show? (Help ➤ Open Logs Folder).

Is the Editor quitting or not? Is it quitting and then relaunching?

Maybe you have a macro that is running frequently that is referencing the Keyboard Maestro editor (perhaps via AppleScript, since loading the dictionary requires launching the application)?

Editor copy.log.zip (1.4 KB)

I know I have a macro that triggers every time the front window changes... I just forget where it is, what it's called and why it's there. I'm sure it was for a good reason!

Thanks for the hint. This was the offending macro:

I don't remember writing this. If I disable the macro the Editor stays quit as normal. I wonder what I broke by doing that... My professional life is a house of cards. The cards are macros.

A-ha! This macro is bundled with a piece of software named Defaulter by Quiet Art.

Defaulter is a Pro Tools plug-in so I should be safe to restrict it to running only when Pro Tools is running too.
