Basically, no. Currently if I was hit by a bus, Keyboard Maestro would be in big trouble. So I expect there are lots of folks out there praying for my continued safety and longevity.
That said, Keyboard Maestro is written in such a way as to ensure (as much as is possible) that it continues to operate into the future unchanged. This is why Keyboard Maestro as far back as version 2.x continues to run in Mojave. Sure, there are some rough edges, but it does function. So even in this sort of situation, you would likely have a long time before Apple broke/changed enough things that Keyboard Maestro stopped being useful.
