This is what I thought @Airy was referring to also.
This here is probably not the most desirable way to do obtain larger UI. And my approach here is more of a fun little novelty thing, than anything OP would probably want to use.
(A more sensible approach would plainly be to choose desired reduced, and original resolution straight into the Set Screen actions:
