Cannot select other items in Photomator to automate them. Is there some way to do this?

Here's 2 screen grab of what I'm trying to do.
I can have it open up the raw layer.
But within this raw layer is that little plus button. and within that plus button is a whole menu of other items that I don't seem to have any way to get access to. They do not have keyboard commands.
I would like it to be able to open this layers area and then select from that plus menu, select subject.
Then another one that can select sky. and then another one that would select background.
Is there some way to make this work so I can find them and use them as part of a macro.?
Using - press button will not find them. Only thing I've been able to get it to do is just open up this layers area and then anything else I've tried does not work.

I don't see why you can't use the Move or Click Mouse action. It looks like the plus symbol is always in the same location, relative to the DONE button and relative to the LAYERS title. So you can use the Move or Click Mouse action to click on a pixel that's offset from either of these images.

For example, this sort of thing may work:

You will have to load your own image well with the DONE image, and you will have to calculate the offsets (which I guessed were -5,30 but are most likely different on your display.)

I've tried quite a few different things, and I can't get it to work all the way.

using the image of the done, I was able to have it click on that plus menu, the menu opens up, but then I have not been able to click on any of the items in the menu and I I can't grab an image of it, because when I click on my screen grab tool, that menu goes away so can not grab it.
Tried adding another move and click, tried button press. tried multiple button press,?

Okay, I think I got it. I had to add it to drop down much further with a larger number.

Which screen grab tool are you using? That could be the problem.

The built-in Mac screen grab tool

Interesting problem.

Perhaps the simplest way to do that is to change from a Find Image search for the items in the menu, and just use another "Click Mouse relative to the DONE button" action.

There's another way to solve that. however. The macOS screen grab tool has a 5- or 10-second delay option which is probably designed for problems exactly like this. I presume you are using SHIFT-CMD-5, right? If so, look at the "options." One of them allows you add a 10 second delay, which would allow you to use the mouse to open the menu before the auto-shot occurs.

As soon as the screen grab tool is initiated, it closes the menu immediately.

I do have it all working now like I posted up there earlier. It just took a while to get it going. there's still one thing I still haven't been able to do. because inside that other menu of the one selection tool has another menu that I I have not been able to open up that would allow me to invert the selection. but I can deal with doing that manually when I need to do that.

Right, but if you use my ten second option idea, you can start the screen capture AND STILL USE THE SCREEN FOR TEN SECONDS while you set up your uncapturable window. It doesn't sound like you tried that. Trust me, it will work.
