When Keyboard Maestro Editor starts up the last used Macro Group is what's selected in the far left column.
Is there any way to change the default startup Macro Group that is selected? Thanks for any and all help!
You can make Keyboard Maestro start with any group you want because it's Keyboard Maestro. 
Example of Keyboard Maestro selecting my Books Group:

Thank you for the screenshot I have been at this for awhile. Using the search group:"group X" was not working as expected and just filters if you already have that group selected.
