I'm wondering if anyone here uses this for Live Chats? There are a few things I would like KM to do for me! Do we have any Expert KM people here that could help
If you can be more specific about what it is you're trying to do then those "experts" might just materialise 
For instance: what chat app?
I suggest you post a recent chat and flag where you want KM to help.
The obvious first choice is simple text expansion
e.g. I type qqKM and get Keyboard Maestro
but i suspect you had something more complicated in mind.
