If the click at found image action detects multiple of the same image on the screen, is there a way to have KM click on the found image closest to the cursor/current mouse location? Thanks!
Yes, closest to the mouse pointer:
This sets a search area of 200x200 centered on the mouse pointer.
Adjust as needed.
