Click on email in email list in Apple Mail → macro to copy sender email to clipboard

Hello,
l often click on the email sender in Apple Mail emails → select copy address from drop down list, which is quite click intensive.
I was wondering if there is any way to simply click on the email in the in the list of emails and run a macro to automatically copy the email address of the sender to the clipboard
