When I select a button on a certain website in Safari, a popup menu appears below it with two other buttons to select.
It's easy enough to select one of them from my trackpad, but when I try to automate the procedure in KM, the popup menu almost instantaneously disappears before a Move and Click command can select it.
Any tips?
What happens if you set the action to just move (without the click)?
I.e. does the dialog disappear on the mouse movement or the click?
When I set the action to just move, as you suggested, the item I wish to activate stays there. But then when I do a move and click at the same location, it disappears.
Have you tried the move and the click as separate actions, perhaps separated by a short pause?
Yes, thank you. That seemed to work. Appreciate your responding to my novice questions.

Thank you for following up. I was able to resolve problem by using Move and Click as two separate actions separated by a 0.2 second pause. Appreciate your help. The learning curve for KM is a bit steep, but I very much like it.

Power tools are often easy to use for simple things – but require significant learning and experience to use to their full potential.
