Clicking UNDER a Custom HTML Prompt?

I love that the Custom HTML Prompt can sit on top of an application's (e.g., Photoshop) interface. Is it possible to click "under" the HTML Prompt to access the part of the application interface that's occluded by the HTML prompt? Thanks!

Nope. But you can move a Custom HTML Prompt or put it in a less obtrusive place.

Also, I'm just realizing that, if the native app's interface supports TABing, that would work.
