Cmd + opt + <letter> triggers wrong macro with trigger cmd + <letter>

Hello everyone,

I've a odd problem. I created a Macro Group which is triggered by meh key (control + option + shift) + space (Palette)

In this Macro Group I defined 2 Macros. One with Trigger command + h and another with Trigger command + option + h.

Now if it type meh + space to open the Palette and afterwards type command + option + h to trigger my Macro the other gets trigger which has Trigger command + h and not the expected one.

Does Keyboard Maestro support this workflow, is my configuration wrong or is this a bug?
