Combine a file name + link

I bought an application called BlueLink. It creates a link of a selected file or folder for me so I can paste it in my Apple Notes.
Problem:
When I paste the link, it shows me the full address of the file, but I only need the file name with the link.
For example instead of pasting full address like bluelink://Local/Users/sh/Documents/_SS/Projects/_SmarTech/ST_T-Shirt_V5.psd
I need to have only the file name like this with the link ST_T-Shirt_V5.psd.

I don't know how to combine the file name and the a separate link ready to paste.

Thank you

Try reading that page. I would say more but Iā€™m away from my Mac now.

Thank you, @Airy! I'm working on it.

Be careful -- BlueLink may simply be giving you the text

bluelink://Local/Users/sh/Documents/_SS/Projects/_SmarTech/ST_T-Shirt_V5.psd

...and letting Apple's Data Detectors do all the hard work. Strip that down to

ST_T-Shirt_V5.psd

...and it won't be a link any more.

If you want to have the text "ST_T-Shirt_V5.psd" that still links to that file you might have to drive Notes's "Add Link" dialog with KM rather than simply pasting something in.

Once again you have a better understanding of the problem than I did.
