The Keyboard Maestro Forum is a user-forum, and Peter doesn't have time to read all the posts anymore.
Here's a starting point:
Look through all the menus in the Keyboard Maestro Editor to get an idea of what's there.
Pay especial attention to the Edit › Insert <Menu_Name> items and their keyboard shortcuts.
Don't spend hours beating your head against the wall. If you get stuck for more than half an hour ask on the forum.

How to Post Your Macro to the Forum
Global Macro with a keyboard shortcut:
Activate a Specific Application action.
One action for Calendar.
One action for OmniFocus.
The sky is the limit.
