I use OS X 10.11.6 and change desktops using control-Key Pad #. Simulating that keystroke does nothing in KM. The control-right/left arrows work in KM.
The control-# shortcuts are mapped in the Mission Control section of the Keyboard preference pane, so they should work everywhere.
Any suggestions?
