Convert Apple Shortcut to Keyboard Maestro

Can someone please convert these two Apple shortcuts to Keyboard Maestro? I’m a complete beginner with Keybord Maestro.

I think I would do it a little differently:

This would automatically change any image in the clipboard into text, once you turn on the Enable flag, of course.
