Convert CSV to Tab Delimited

Since Numbers can't export to Tab Delimited (Why can't it do this yet?) I wonder if there is a way with RegEx and KM to take a CSV form with many rows and columns and convert it to Tab Delimited?

I know, I should switch my workflow over to Excel, but I simply prefer working in Numbers and I have all my formulas working correctly and don't want to have to rebuild my templates in Excel. So if there is a way to convert it over, that would save me a step or two.
