I am newer to KM but have really loved the difference it has made for me. This may be too simple but I have always had a hard time at work copying and pasting text between my Mac and Citrix. My company does not allow the copy / paste functionality. I found a very simple workaround that has saved me a ton of time. I thought I might as well post it in the event that it could help someone else. It also only works for text but is a great way to get a large amount of text copied over quickly.
