Copy link and title of link from chrome and paste as markdown

I'd like to create macro in KM that would allow me to select a link on a page in crhome, and when the macro runs, would copy the URL of the link and its title, and then paste text onto the clipboard containing the link formatted as markdown.

Any suggestions on the best way to do this?
