Could KM simulate buttons from a USB device not currently plugged in? I.e. “mouse button 4” but the current mouse is only 3

I use a different mouse at work and home on same laptop. I have setup shortcuts in various programs that reference buttons on Mouse A that Mouse B doesn’t have. But Mouse B does have things I don’t use like wheel tilt.... so I’m wondering if I could use KM to do something where using the tilt would send the button press of the other mouse to trigger the program shortcut?

Hey @chazwhiz,

I think not.

But – macros can have multiple triggers – so you might be able to assign a separate USB Device Trigger for the same macro that uses the other mouse.
