Count Number of Occurrences of Names in text Macro (v9.0.5)
I'm grading some discussions by a group of people and wanted a way to count the number of times each student's name was mentioned in the thread. My issue is that if a student's name is not matched in the discussion text, the macro I created carries over the previous matched person's information instead of entering not matched name from the roster and the fact that there were zero matches to that name. Below is the result I am currently getting. The repeated items should be the non-matched student's name and the number 0, but somehow cannot figure out how to do this.
