Create next item in unordered list in a markdown file in DevonThink

Looking to create the next item in an unordered automatically lwhen I hit enter in a DevonThink MD file. Just like Drafts app and Ulysses does when creating a list.

So this would have to be specific to DevonThink - so put it in a group that is only active in DevonThink.

Would a Typed String Trigger or a Hot Key trigger work for you? Things to experiment with.
