Create reminder from MacMail subject line

Hi! I am very new to KM and have a question that I haven't been able find an answer for. I was hoping you guys could help:

Sometimes I get invoices sent to me via email. Most of the time the sender uses the word "Invoice" somewhere in the subject line. I would like to create a reminder (or a calendar entry) whenever I get an email with the word "Invoice" in the subject line.

Can this be done with KM?

Not really, there is no trigger for that.

Perhaps Mail Act On could do it?
