Some of my KM Macros save files appended with a hashtag into a specific folder for that hashtag.
For example: The file "CD or Treasury? Five Factors to Consider - Charles Schwab #money.txt" gets filed into a folder named "#money"
Default Folder was not listing the saved file in its menubar's Recent Files sub-menu (because it was not saved from a File Save Dialog). I find Recent Files more convenient than Spotlight. John Gotow, long-time developer of DF provided a KM action that adds the file path to DF and lists it in the Recent Files sub-menu.
