Deleted all text macros,

I have deleted all text macros. How can I get them back?
I have a backup but which file, where. I though it was something ending in .kmmacros but I can’t find it
where will it be?

Dan Thomas pointed out the four files you’ll want to restore in How to find macro files on a crashed computer

They’re all in ~/Library/Application Support/Keyboard Maestro/ and include:

  • Keyboard Maestro Macros.plist
  • Keyboard Maestro Clipboards.plist
  • Keyboard Maestro Variables.plist
  • Keyboard Maestro Actions

Launch Keyboard Maestro editor, in the File menu you will find Revert Macros, revert to a previous day (or if you have not quit the editor, revert to Ae Editor Launch.

Or, as suggested, quit Keyboard Maestro Engine and Keyboard Maestro and restore the ~/Library/Application Support/Keyboard Maestro/Keyboard Maestro Macros.plist (or the whole ~/Library/Application Support/Keyboard Maestro folder).

under revert there is one 14 Jun , after the event and then old ones May 28 and earlier
I’ll try that one until i get home to the backup
