Dialing VOIP Phone via KM vs. Chrome

I'm going out on a limb here, but maybe there's some knowledge on this wonderful forum that can help me achieve the goal.
For Reference - our current phone system is a grandstream VOIP phone and I am able to consistently dial any phone number highlighted on my Mac thru my grandstream extension. - The above Consistently works.
Now - our new office is with RingCentral as a provider, fine, and 2 Yealink extensions, fine....
Problem is: I cannot consistently dial 'from KM' - it works 2 times and then it will 'lock me out' for a period of time. After that time passes, or a reboot, I am then again able to dial the 2 times successfully before it errors out and locks me out again. Frustrating.
I use the following string in KM 'Get URL'

http://admin:admn31430xxxxpwd@10.0.2.xx/servlet?key=number=917544xxxx&outgoing_uri=1914368xxxx@sip.ringcentral.com
  • In Chrome though, I can dial again and again with a different string as follows:
    http://10.0.2.xx/servlet?key=number=917544xxxx&outgoing_uri=1914709xxxx@sip.ringcentral.com

I believe the first time I dialed in Chrome it asked me for a username and password and I entered it, so I think that info is saved for the particular IP, although I cannot be sure.

I am not well versed enough to set up 'wireshark' etc. to be able to 'see' what Chrome is 'putting out' vs what KM is 'putting out'. Maybe someone here has experience with this and would be willing to give a shout.

So just looking for a brain to bounce this off of, Yealink support and Forum are unfortunately next to useless.... erg.......

I appreciate any feedback or thoughts....
Cheers~
