Discarding small files in Audio Hijack?

For context, I am recording from vinyl, using Audio Hijack. I have set it to start a new file after 2 seconds of silence. If I leave the record player running, it can cause multiple VERY small files as the vinyl run-out clicks.

I would like to run a macro that looks for all files in a specific folder where the file size is under a certain threshold (size TBC). What is the best way for me to do this? All help/advice appreciated.

I wonder if you need Keyboard Maestro for this ?

Discard small files is one of the Audio Hijack built-in scripts:

(The built-in script defines the threshold as 5 seconds, but you can edit it to any value that you prefer).

Oh wow, I had no idea! Thanks for pointing that out

Darn, looks like this is not available in Version 3. I had not intended to upgrade to Audio Hijack 4, but this might just have given me a nudge in that direction.
