Hey! I'm new here. I need some help with a hopefully simple action. I would like to be able to execute an action, for instance a right click, on a certain window or application, say Chrome, even if Chrome isn't focused, and not bring it to focus, as well as isolate that action to said application. So for instance, if I start the macro while pages is activated, i want it to click on chrome, not on pages, while pages is still forward most.

Unfortunately Keyboard Maestro's ability to drive the mouse is essentially the same as what the user can do, so you can't click on items the user can't click.
Tell us in more detail what you're trying to do. It might or might not be amenable to scripting.
