Greetings, @MikeTheClicker. First I have to point out the irony that Mike-the-CLICKER is asking how to do a task more efficiently with the keyboard. 
I'm been taking a serious look at Anybox, the app suggested by @gogeta1217. Since I have a soft spot for indie developers, I went ahead and purchased the lifetime license (a universal purchase for macOS and iOS). For me, the consolidation of links from multiple browsers and the syncing between macOS, iPadOS, and iOS are compelling features.
With that said, if you'd like to easily save, write, and navigate to links using a Keyboard Maestro macro, I suggest to check out Markdown Link Tool.
