Feature Request: Additional Green +'s and Red -'s

Hi, @peternlewis.

The [ green + ] and [ red - ] buttons that add and subtract conditions for the Switch/Case and the If Then Else actions and buttons for the Prompt For User Input are very convenient to use. Thank you for including these gui controls!

With that said, please consider the enhancements indicated in the following screenshot.
