Feature Request: Allow Us to Type Characters in the Icon Chooser

Hi,

Is it possible for us to type a letter or some letters instead of choosing one from the dropdown list?
There are already a lot of characters to choose from. But still, there are some characters that I want are not here.
The benefit is: Typing characters allows us to type something like: אָ, a Hebrew consonant with a vowel pointing. (We can of course make custom icons, but they will make the KM macro files much larger, if I understand correctly.)

No. Unfortunately, I intended to have a search field, but that window cannot have text input. It caused all sorts of insurmountable problems.

If it has text focus, then it loses focus on the editor window, which loses connection to the image well.
