People occasionally ask for this, but it’s not really practical for two reasons: There is no way for Keyboard Maestro to be able to tell which macros will be active at the same time. Macro Groups have such varied ways of being active, and can also be dynamically activated and deactivated, so conflicting hot keys may well not actually conflict.
