find name of window in Firefox
When Firefox is at the front, you can use the %WindowName%1% token (below). I don't know how scriptable Firefox is so if you need to first activate Firefox, use the WindowName token and activate last application, you may need to do so. Someone else may have a more efficient solution if you need to grab the Window name token, in the background, to get the window name. This is all I will give for this Firefox solution.
